At SaaBan we take pride in delivering high-quality hoodies and t-shirts that you’ll love. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

When Are Refunds Issued?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at saabangroup@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, contact information, and photos showing the problem.

  3. We will evaluate your request and respond within 3 business days.

What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns or refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Issues caused by customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, spelling mistakes on custom text).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
